There are two common reasons you may not be able to access your course:
1. Technical or login issues
If you forgot your password, go to the login screen and click Forgot Password. Enter your email address to receive a reset link.
If you are enrolled in a for-credit course and are still experiencing technical issues, please contact MindEdge Support at support@mindedge.com
2. Your access period has expired
If your course access has ended, you can request an extension by contacting our team at info@pm-partnersonline.com.au. One of our staff will assist you with purchasing and processing the extension.
After you have completed your course or certificate program, you can download and print a PDF certificate of achievement from the course records page, accessible after logging into the learning management system.
Your certificate of achievement is also available in your course on the Course Summary page. Certificates are accessible anytime, even after your access to the course has expired.
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after completing your purchase. If you would like a formal receipt or invoice in PDF format, please contact our team at info@pm-partnersonline.com.au and we’ll be happy to provide one.
You may request a refund up to 7 days from the purchase date. The registration fee will only be refunded if less than 10% of the course has been completed.

Note: Some courses may have additional hardware and/or software requirements. Any additional requirements will be listed in the course description and course syllabus.
Our courses are accessible by keyboard and accessibility shortcuts available on your device.
If you’re using a desktop or laptop, we recommend the following combinations for screen readers:
- For macOS, VoiceOver paired with Safari
- For Windows, JAWS or NVDA paired with the last three versions of Chrome, Firefox, or Edge (this combination is preferred over macOS if a Windows device is available to you)
If you’re using a mobile device, we recommend the following combinations for screen readers:

Learners who successfully complete their course or simulation will earn Badges. They can share their credentials online through social media and display them on resumes and transcripts.
